There's a new vendor at the Whitehall Farmer's Market and they are selling one of our favorite things ... cheese! The
Emerald Valley Farm makes artisan "old world style" aged cheeses. Their cheeses don't have any added hormones, food colorings or preservatives, gluten or binders. And best of all, they taste good! They were giving out samples of their cheeses at the Farmers Market, and this smoked mozzarella was our favorite.
